Our design team will inspect your site, confirm the building layout with you, and take care of the building permit application, which is expected to be approved in 2-4 weeks.
STEP 4. Prefabricated Manufacture
Your GARDEN FLAT will be manufactured in our factory and is expected to be completed in 4-6 weeks, live video will be available for your confirmation when ready.
STEP 5. Delivery & On site Construction
After you confirm, your GARDEN FLAT will be delivered. International shipping is expected to take 4-6 weeks. Within this period our local builder team will do the foundation construction...
STEP 6. Installation
Your GARDEN FLAT will be installed at your home in a day or two, occupancy permit will be issued to you after final inspection by local building surveyor.
